Students will be sparring and practicing various drills that involve contact. Sparring gear is required, but new students may borrow gear from the school to start with and assessing whether or not the sparring activities are right for them.

Once per quarter, we host a Parent's Night Out. This is a five hour event for students, neighbors, siblings, or friends. During this event, we offer training (to the student's specific training level), games, electronics time, a pizza dinner, a finally a movie (based on that quarter's event theme.) Check our Facebook page for the specific dates and plan to attend. Cost is supplemental to our regular tuition ($30/participant) and covers all the training, movie, and dinner. Discounts are available and provided for multiple participant families.
Saturday training is typically focused on the competition team and training locations vary by week. If you wish to participate with the competition team, let us know and we can add you to the communication tool for that group.
If training does not occur at the church, there is typically transportation available FROM and TO the church, for those who wish to drop their students off.
