We are offering a four session (1.5 hour each) self-defense course for women. Classes are Saturdays 11 am to 12:30 pm (Feb 22, Mar 1, Mar 8, and Mar 15) This course is taught by our certified self-defense instructor (female) and is focused on the specific needs and concerns of women. Advanced registration for the full course is $100 (this includes 6 hours of instruction and all materials). Space is limited. If you aren't completely sure - you can register for the Intro session only for $30.
